We are passionate about the effectiveness of the experiential medium as a tool for learning. It engages participants' hearts, minds and bodies. Our programs are tremendous fun, but they are equally stimulating, challenging and very rewarding. We create situations and processes that are designed to mirror real issues facing your organization. Then with carefully facilitated reviews you transfer the learning back to your workplace.

Experiential programming means getting involved actively, becoming engaged personally, "experiencing" what is happening. For example, we won't just talk about teamwork; we'll give you an opportunity to live it, to practice it, and to learn what it means for you.

Adventure and Safety

People's intellectual responses to a situation are so much stronger if there is an emotional connection to what is happening. The adventure medium is a powerful tool for getting this emotional connection and therefore the maximum from all participants.

Some adventures are perceived as risky. In these instances people are encouraged to challenge themselves. No-one is ever forced to participate as individual choice in participation is a fundamental philosophy.
