Organisational DevelopmentAt S.E.T. our services have been used successfully by many client groups to increase levels of trust and cooperation, renew commitment and respect, improve communication and interpersonal relationships, increase individual and team awareness, and create and maintain motivation and energy. Our educational philosophy says that people learn best by doing. Our own experience has shown us that people working together can do extraordinary things. Our training, and interventions actively involve each participant in the process at hand.
Our programmes include a mix of indoor classroom settings and specifically designed outdoor sessions that consist of a series of sequenced challenges which are linked back to the workplace.
