Our team building programmmes engage you in the action and experience of being a team. Through experiential and adventure activities, we create opportunities for teams to directly experience the power of working together to achieve success. We will also look back at possible barriers to this success.

We emphasise the power of cooperation and collaboration. Our programme design allow individuals and teams to reach beyond their preconceived limits and accomplish what initially may have seemed impossible.

We will not spout out the latest buzz words about teamwork, you can read that in a book. Our programmes are completely interactive. They allow you to discover for yourself what works or doesn't work for your team. The result is key learning and change that are sustainable and long term because they are anchored in your experience.

We may also design work site based competitions during critical points of a training programme. The work place is competitive and if processed carefully and combined with earlier cooperative learning the benefits can be huge.
