The courses we run can be both, onsite or offsite depending on the focus of the programme.They may also be residential (stay overnight) or non residential.The offsite venues will depend on budgets, but can be lodge style or retreat style, big and roomy or small and intimate. They can be self catered, or our traveling gourmet caterers will fulfil you culinary desires. All venues are private, functional and discreet. All have access to some of the most breathtaking, tranquil and inspiring places on the planet.

Duration

Building relationships is neither a quick fix nor a speedy process. We require a time commitment from each participant. The duration of each programme will depend on each organisations time constraints, however out most successful courses allow time for relationships to be forged and to develop.

Our strongest recommendation is that programmes are at least 2 days in length. Half day and full day programmes are available.
